Website terms
Effective 9 October 2026.
These terms apply to your use of this website. Flights are governed separately, by the charter agreement you sign with the operating carrier’s details set out in it.
The service
This website and the Private Jet London to Dubai service are run by Charter Jet One. Private Jet London to Dubai is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; the certificated carrier flying each trip holds operational control of the aircraft.
Estimates and guidance
Flight times, hourly ranges, cost estimates, drive times and calculator results on this site are guidance only. They do not amount to an offer, and the price and timings of your actual journey may differ.
Quotes and confirmation
No quote is binding until a charter agreement has been signed. We will identify the operator of your flight before you book, and the operating carrier’s details appear in the agreement. Every flight remains subject to the operator’s confirmation, including aircraft availability, crew duty limits, slots, airport opening hours and weather.
Taxes and charges
Quotes itemise the taxes and charges we can identify when quoting, which may include UK Air Passenger Duty, US federal excise tax on domestic US flights, segment fees, and airport, handling and overflight charges. Charges that arise later, such as de-icing or changes you request, are handled under your charter agreement.
Cancellation
Cancellation, change and payment terms are those in your charter agreement. Empty-leg flights may be cancelled by the operator if the flight they depend on changes.
Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully and only to research or request private flights. Its text, design and images are protected, and photographs are used under licence.
Liability
While we take care over accuracy, the content of this site is provided without guarantee that it is complete or current. So far as the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its estimates; liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is unaffected.
Governing law
The laws of the United States and the State of New York govern these terms and any dispute arising from your use of this website.
Changes
We may update these terms, and the version published here when you visit is the one that applies.
