This notice describes how information shared through Private Jet London to Dubai is handled, from the moment you request a quote.
Who we are
Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Private Jet London to Dubai.
Information you give us
- Identity and contact details: your full name, email address and telephone number.
- Journey details: departure and arrival airports, dates, the number of passengers and any notes you add.
- Visit details: the referring page and campaign labels in the address you used to reach the site.
We do not ask for payment card numbers, passport details or dates of birth through this website. If a flight is booked, the operating carrier may require passenger details for its manifest and for border authorities, and we will request them directly at that stage.
How it is used
Your information is used to prepare your quote, to arrange the flight with the operator if you go ahead, and, only if you tick the box on the form, to send occasional offers such as empty legs between London and the Gulf. You may withdraw that consent whenever you wish by replying to any offer.
Who receives it
The operating carrier for your journey receives what it needs to quote and fly the trip, and our service providers, such as email and hosting companies, process information on our behalf to support quotes and bookings. Personal information is never sold.
Retention
Records are retained while we deal with your request and any resulting flight, and afterwards for as long as legal, tax and accounting rules require. They are then deleted or anonymised.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to your information, correction of anything inaccurate, or deletion. Simply reply to any email you receive from us or send a note through the quote form, and tell us what you need. Depending on where you live, including the UK, you may also complain to your data protection regulator.
Cookies
The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and stores nothing beyond what is essential for the pages to work. Typefaces are delivered by Google Fonts, which receives the technical details that browsers include with every request.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16; travel for children should be requested by a parent or guardian.
Changes
Any change to this notice will be published on this page together with a new effective date.
